My client, an international company in the banking sector is urgently looking for a IT Digital Support Analyst for the following mission:
Project Length: 3 months (extension possible)
Location: Brussels
Start date: Immediate
Title: IT Digital Support Analyst
Skills required:
Major Accountabilities:
- Manage developments of different DIGITAL related projects
- Development is done by several external parties, but interfaces are managed internally
- Manage the release cycles and synchronize them with the third party developments; following strict change management process
- Communicate with different technical teams (infrastructure, Middleware, helpdesks, DBA's, )
- Communicate with IT management about project progress
- Guard the technical scope of the projects
- Able to draw a technical architecture and concept, challenge technical decisions
- Be part of the Digital Support team resolving incidents on DIGITAL applications
Expected knowledge and skills:
- Motivated
- Dynamic, pragmatic and stress-resistant
- Challenger, advisor and improver
- Expert in using SQL server Query language
- Very good analytical insights (both functional and technical)
- Technical affinity with most common platforms and technology stacks
- Fluency in English and Dutch and/or French
