IT Programme Manager with experience within Anti Money Laundering sought for a long term contract opportunity of an estimated 2 years duration. This project is located in Stockholm/Sweden.

The IT Programme Manager is accountable for planning and delivery (from strategy to execution) of a strategic programme in accordance with the business strategies in a business area. The Financial Anti-Crime Platform (FACP) is the customers global automated system to prevent financial crime within the wider area of Anti Money Laundering.

The FACP Programme is a portfolio of projects with the aim of developing the FACP in order for the customer to remain compliant, when new external regulation is enforced. The FACP Programme has been running for several years. A FACP business roadmap has been created, which has resulted in a FACP IT Delivery Plan. Thefore the main focus is on establishing a programme organisation and break down the scope statement into executable projects. In addition, to secure benefit realisation within the given time-frame through a timely and focused procurement, stakeholder, risk, resource, task and quality management.

The FACP Programme is amongst the highest prioritised programmes at the customer and it is receiving significant funding and resources. Hence, the expectations on deliveries are high. Due to the complex portfolio of projects the job complexity is in the higher-end of the scale.

The ideal candidate for this role should have the following skill set:
  • The Programme Manager has documented in-depth competence and experience within IT Project and Programme Management; the tools/methods and the leadership capabilities.
  • Master degree or similar experience equivalent.
  • The Programme Manager needs to have a good understanding of the business areas impacted by the change as well as how the change impacts the targeted organisation Anti Money Laundering, Sanctions Screening and KYC.
  • FACP is run on the Detica NetReveal platform.
  • Strategic Analysis and Planning Implementation in combination with IT Development Skills.
  • High interpersonal intelligence supporting the execution within a multi-stakeholder environment.
  • Fluent Business Level English.
