Hi,
I am currently recruiting for a Compliance Monitoring Manager for an Initial 3 month contract with my client based in the West Midlands.
Job Purpose:
- Monitoring
- Management of the Compliance Monitoring Team in order to provide an efficient, effective and professional advice quality monitoring service; in order to measure compliance with FSA regulations.
- Management Information
- Maintain and develop the systems required to report performance and progress against the department plans and key risk indicators.
- Improving and Innovating
- To proactively understand and seek resolution to the underlying causes of advice quality issues by working with key stakeholders in order to help ensure long term advice quality improvement.
