Senior Market Research Manager - (Retail Banking/Financial Services) - Up to £500.00 per day - CoventryMy global financial services client has an urgent requirement for a Senior Market Research Manager with a solid understanding of research best practices in a retail banking/financial services environment.
You will be required to manage the delivery and analysis of information from customers, potential customers, staff and opinion formers employing appropriate research techniques to inform business decisions. To design and manage ad hoc market research, providing internal expertise and driving the performance of third party market research agencies. To own the market research outputs and champion their adoption by stakeholders.
Essential skills:
Proven expertise in market research and the ability to manage third party agencies. In-depth knowledge of retail banking, encompassing strategy, structure, products, markets and competitors.
