Technical Consultant HRMS is required. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a hugely successful company. The Solution Architect will have in-depth experience of delivering multiple and complex IT projects focused on the delivery of complex architecture for Oracle applications. You must have in depth experience of Technical Analysis/Architecture on the implementation on multiple Oracle applications such as HRMS, Payroll, OLM, OTL, SSHR and Custom Application design is essential.
Essential experience in:
- Technical Analysis/Architect on the implementation on multiple Oracle applications such as HRMS, Payroll, OLM, OTL, SSHR and the Custom Application design.
- Technical in-depth knowledge to produce optimum design and Solution Architecture for Projects.
- Identify and conduct Proof of Concepts and should be highly proficient in the usage of design tools and frameworks Lead and define system architecture for the application within the boundaries of the enterprise architecture
- Identify system functionality, and map functionality to software components.
- In-depth knowledge of design patterns and decision making ability on when and why to use specific patterns. Gaining approvals on design and exceptions if any.
- Understand and address non-functional requirements in the system with an optimum design Build, maintain and spread best practices in system architecture to design engineers.
- Mentor and groom system architects/design engineers in the assigned project
- Ability to build something innovative and new in technology Review and Modernize the framework/tools and technologies to increase developer productivity and increase quality of deliverables. Enable technology learning sessions
- Provide inputs on establish a technology career plan that aligns with the IT roadmap.
- Promote self learning and technology innovation via innovation lab and other forums.
- Work towards a all in one' engineer who can analyze a business requirement, build design alternate, code and unit test, deploy and support the application. Promote enhancements through the community of Practice
