Description
If you are an experienced C#/ASP.NET with experiencing developing web applications and you are looking for a new (6+ months) contract in Worcestershire, then the following job could be of interest to you.Working for a major corporation you will be required to assist them with the development of interactive web applications, tools and journeys. You will also assist in the improvement of stability, performance and functionality of their existing main site. You will be working as part of their eCommerce team but you will be required to liaise and manage various stakeholders. Finally you will work to improve the use of the Content Management System (CMS).
To be suitable for the role you should have solid experiencing developing multi-tiered enterprise websites, including application development, database design, environment architecture and infrastructure. You will be experience in technologies such as:
ASP.NET.
C#,
MVC
OO Methodology
UML
n-tier architecture.
In addition to these development skills you will have expertise in testing environments and strategies as well as good stakeholder management skills. You will have a good understanding of CMS and their applications as well as practical experience with Prince 2 and Agile. Finally you will need an exposure to SQL Server 2005/8.
Rate is commensurate with skill set and experience.
