Finance IT Support Analyst (1 Year Contract)The client is a successful and growing investments company managing funds for pensions schemes, insurance companies, private investors, corporations and mutual funds. With a business environment that is dynamic and responsive to change this is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for individuals looking to work within IT service delivery. The role is within the BaU team and will continue the provision of support to the business on their existing applications.
Job Role
The finance department is currently going through major change which includes moving all their accounts platform from Epicor 7.3 over to that of their parent company which uses Peoplesoft. This will include working closely with business users to provide support and resolving issues on existing applications, processing documentation and reports for dissemination to the rest of the team and elements of testing applications and resolutions.
Mandatory Skills
Experience of working in client based environment managing calls to specific SLA's
Ability to work in a fast paced environment managing multiple incidents of differing priorities and complexities.
Experience of Epicor and/or other large ERP/financial systems experience.
Medium to advanced SQL knowledge.
Advanced Excel knowledge (VBA / macro skills beneficial)

Financial accounting experience
IT or Finance Business Analyst skills
