ICT Operations Office support - Belgium - ICT Operations Office support
The mission consists in services tasks related to ICT processes maintenance like:
- Several processes out-of-date or unfinished to be re-undertaken (priority on PO9 Manage risks, then AI3&AI4)
- Support to respond to audit requirements on new BCP/DRP (DS4 processes -2013) and follow-up of planned solutions to previous audit (2011) on ICT processes.
- Support to follow-up and monitor Customer Satisfaction Survey 2013
- Support to DRP documentation maintenance (follow-up, update and distribution)
- In coordination with QSMS, ensure corporate publishing when ICT processes are relevant (ex: DS8, AI6) and improve knowledge of QSMS prescriptions where ICT acts is concerned.
- Support in reports definition for monitoring/follow-up of OPOF related tasks.
- Support for trainings on ICT processes
