Description
One of Switzerland`s leading pharmaceutical companies is looking for a Senior QA Team Leader (German speaking) to lead a batch release and QA Specialist team within their steriles department.This is a challenging opportunity to lead a dynamic team.
Location: Northern, Switzerland
Role and Responsibilities:
- Managing a team of 12 release officers and 4-5 lab-based QA Specialists
- Oversee the batch release and sign off of sterile products (small molecule)
- Handling the QA aspects of the sign off (deviations, OOS, recalls, certifications)
- Ensuring that regulatory and internal quality standards are met
- Interfacing between the QA / QC, production and supply chain departments
Requirements:
- Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biochemistry or similar
- Fluent written and spoken German language
- Experience with liquid sterile products
- Experience supporting the final batch release sign off in a QA or QP function
Desirable:
- Team management experience
- QP certification or experience
