Currently, our client is urgently looking for an experienced German and English speaking Yard Supervisor.The Yard Supervisor is responsible for the daily housekeeping on site and various tasks related to the operation of the site facilities
Tasks
- Site stock management - consumables for lavatories, kitchen and similar
- Daily housekeeping on site
- Daily check of site vehicle
- General site upkeep management
- Site office delivery management
- Provide a delivery & collection service to site
- Management of crew boat fuelling
- Waste management
- Site spent waste oil management
- Site office security
- DIY
- Call out duty - outside normal working hours
- Management of Safety Equipment: PPE, Safety, Climbing gear etc.
- Keep record of inventory
- Keep track of the use of PPE equipment
- Monitoring where needed whether life circle of PPE is exposed
- generate proposals for supplies to be purchased by Lead Site Secretary
- Generate proposals for new PPE equipment to be ordered by Site Management
