Service Delivery Manager (FlexNet) - Amsterdam
My client a market leading organisation require a Service Delivery Manager with FlexNet experience to join them on a 12 month contract. The successful Service Delivery Manager will come from an extensive Service Delivery Management background, with excellent vendor management and service review experience. You will possess excellent communication, customer service and relationship skills, the ability and confidence to take ownership of issues from the outset and make a real difference.
This is a key role requiring strong Service Delivery management and Operations Management, service management and Service standards and processes, service definition, service control, services transition and operation.
You must have experience of FlexNet Manager suite.
