This large publicly listed corporate is embarking on a major enterprise asset management program and they require a Change Manager to identify and plan for the people change components of the implementation.

The Change Manager is accountable for:-
To assist the business by developing the National Change Management Strategy to support the introduction of a new EAM computer system and new business processes and manage the strategies execution.
To realise the associated benefits of the change by establishing a sustainable operating model for embedding the change across the business.

The Key objectives of the role:-
Develop a change management strategy and implementation plan
Defining the change to the operating model and assessing the prevailing environment of the organisation to accept the changes
Gaining and maintaining commitment from Business Change Leaders and defining their roles & responsibilities in the change
Stakeholder and user base Communication & Engagement planning & execution
Education and Support planning & execution
Development/adjustment of the BAU Operating model (process & system)
Monitoring and mitigation of change related people/organisational risk
Regular change management status reporting

To be successful in this key Change Management position, you will have proven capability including the knowledge, skills and attributes to:-
Develop and execute Change Management strategy in line with the Change Management framework
Can tailor strategic principles to suit project/organisational objectives and ongoing risk, particularly in a change weary environment.
Able to scope & size the required change effort from conceptual information
Capable of managing multiple streams of work simultaneously
Capable of managing an enterprise wide initiative
Capable of managing direct reports and motivates people to deliver desired performance;
Can interpret and assess implicit and explicit feedback regarding levels of commitment during the term of the project & react accordingly
Engages stakeholders at all levels of the organisation

This role requires a strong Change Consultant who may have worked on large scale business change program that could have involved enterprise systems upgrades or implementations. Asset Management is not essential, rather desirable. The personality traits including stakeholder management, negotiation, influencing and accurate communication ability will be as key other capabilities required.
This Senior Change Manager role is going to play a key role in the successful delivery of the EAM initiative. On offer is a very competitive daily rate, an initial medium term contract with anticipation of extension for the complete 2 year program, the opportunity to work the latest EAM technologies/vendors, build a network at all levels of the organisation and be part of a high performing and supportive team.
