Experience in GSM, CDMA, SS7 protocol development and Testing is needed.
Candidates will be involved in multiple projects to build/enhance and System test applications containing CDMA and GSM messaging.
These applications are Real Time call processors that parse and convert the signalling MSUs that traverse the SS7 network. Both ANSI and ITU SS7 message processing are heavily involved.
The development and Testing work is based on the HP Non-stop Tandem environment with C/C++ and follow the normal SDLC process.
Documentation from requirements through release notes is also expected for all the projects.
The candidate will need strong C/C++ development as well as Testing skills and work as a team player. Tandem (HP) experience is a definite plus. Telecom experience such as SS7 or GSM MAP a huge benefit.
