Description
A leading engineering firm is looking for an experienced Construction Manager to manage a ?20M installation package on a CAPEX investment project on a cosmetics processing plant.This role will require someone who has the drive to complete a complex project in a challenging location.
Location: Leon, Mexico
Duration: 7-8 months (starting June)
Role and Responsibilities:
-Supervising the construction site - interfacing between the client and subcontractors
- Overseeing the installation of tanks, pumps and piping
- Contract management / negotiation with suppliers and subcontractors
- Overall HSE responsibility
Requirements:
- Engineering degree
- Experience within a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) regulated environment, such as pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, cosmetics, consumer health, etc.
- Experience managing construction / installation projects
- Able to manage teams and external suppliers
- Knowledge of HSE
Spanish language skills would be highly desirable but not essential.
