Job Title: Receptionist

Salary: £18,000.00

UK Based

Our Client are looking for a Receptionist; a competent individual who can provide a welcoming, courteous and polite Reception Service in accordance with approved client procedures, to act as the interface between client and onsite staff.

Responsibilities:

*Responsible for ensuring all visitors sign in and out and are issued with the correct badges and passes for the duration of their visit

*Bringing to the attention of all visitors the standard instructions regarding Fire procedures

*Maintain a log of all visitors for the benefit of security and evacuation procedures

*Responsible for answering and connecting all calls received through the switchboard

*Responsible for receipting and closing Maximo work orders

*Room set ups including AV equipment/spider phones/projectors etc

*Able to handle and manage queries and messages from visitors, in a timely, efficient, friendly and helpful manner

*Able to provide directions and other relevant information for all visitors enquiring at reception

*Ensure that all visitor's needs are dealt with appropriately

Skills & Experience:

*Customer care

*Efficient and courteous manner

*Able to handle difficult customers

*At least 1 years previous experience of providing reception services

*Professional handling of security entrance requirements

The following technical competencies are desirable:

*Previous experience of operating Maximo

*At least 1 years experience of using switchboards

*Previous experience with AV Equipment.
