Service Product Management Consultant - Darwin Recruitment is currently working a leading Telecoms business who is in need of a Service Product Manager to help develop their professional services offerings.
Responsibility:
- Be responsible for product management of professional service products in telecommunication area.
- The professional service is including network technologies service, network integration service, managed service, network consultant service, and learning service. We need expertise as below:
- Customer experience management, Service quality management, Network performance management (network optimization)
- Managed service by Outsourcing/BOT
- Energy service solution (green energy, power)
- Data center solution
- Network design service
- Make business plan of professional service, including market analysis, competition analysis, product plan.
- Make the strategy of professional service product.
- Develop and manage road map of professional service.
- Investigate and manage the requirements of professional service product.
- Communicate with operators about requirements of service product.
Requirements for candidates:
- As expert of professional service, with over 10 years work experience in telecommunication, understand telecommunication network.
- Have experience of sales/delivery/develop/manage professional service in telecommunication.
- Good communication and coordinating skills. Be sensitive to problems, can push.
- Familiar with the organization and work process of O&M department of operators.
- Have experience in telecommunication vendors/operators/integration providers/consultants.
