Our client, a leading Australian organisation specialising in Software applications to the Legal Industry, is currently seeking a Junior Marketing Assistant. This opportunity will see you join the Marketing department for an initial 3 month period and will be responsible for providing Marketing Administration support as general ad-hoc Marketing duties.
Reporting directly to the Marketing Department manager the key responsibilities for this role include:
- General daily administration support
- Writing marketing communication letters and emails
- Maintaining accruate details within client Database
- Updating Web site content
- Maintaining and updating Marketing reports
- Distribution of daily incoming mail
- Ad-hoc administration tasks as assigned by Manager
This is Junior Marketing Assistant opportunity ideal for an individual with 6-12 months experience in a similar role and/or formal tertiary qualifications in Marketing (or similar) including:
- Minumum 6 months experience in an Marketing Assistant or similar type role
- Sound MS Office skills including: Word, Excel and Outlook
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills combined with a bright, friendly telephone manner
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Highly developed writing skills
- Confident, dedicated and team driven individual
- Previous experience/exposure to Inxmail (email marketing software) would be very highly regarded.
