Systems Engineer urgently required for world-leading technology company. The role will be centred around the design and development of control aspects for High Power Lasers.
The ideal Systems Engineer will have:
* Experience of industrial control systems design, both embedded and supervisory, including generalised I/O and hardware/software interfacing, PLCs, industrial PC or embedded computers
* Embedded (microcontroller & CPLD/FPGA) solution design experience
* Good 'C' programming skills
* Some design experience of analogue and digital electronics.
* Proficient in use of MS Office suite (Word, Excel, etc)
* Ability to present technical and management reports.
A minimum of 5 years industrial experience is desired.
Qualification: (BSc) (or equivalent) Electronic Engineering (or related subject), or equivalent experience gained in the field.
