Due to regulatory changes within the market place, a requirement has arisen for an AVP & Director level vacancy to assist and oversee the Treasury team within two top & mid tier banking groups.These vacancies will give access to a number of business areas across the Investment Banking, Wealth, Retail and Corporate sectors - thus providing the opportunity to gain exposure to a wide range of products to further develop yourself technically. In addition, the successful candidates provide assurances to the business across core areas which include; Liquidity, Capital, Market Risk, Funding & Interest Rates, FX & Risk Management within the banking group.
With the primarily focus on the Treasury operations, the successful candidate will be involved in the methodology from start to finish - to being at the core of the key changes within the group, both from the recent structural changes within group audit, the industry as a whole in regards to regulatory developments [IFRS, Basel/ CRD IV etc]
These vacancies represent a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to huge banking group in possession of high visibility operations, with the chance to move into the business with heightened prudence of the technical areas as well as a developed understanding of risks and controls on a group strategic level.
To be considered, you will need to be a Treasury SME within banking (tier 1 preferred), and be able to provide risk and controls knowledge within this area
