On a daily basis you will be responsible for:
- Maintenance and support of applications, ensuring team adherence to incident and change management, problem management and quality assurance processes;
- Managing support enquiries from FM business users; principally relating to debt markets business processes, products and systems (Murex, Loan IQ and Citadel);
- Analysing and troubleshooting complex business and technical issues
- Application configuration and workflow management; - including changes to application configuration to more effectively support the FM business;
- Ensuring operational and system documentation is created and maintained.
- Develop and maintain application programs either in one major language or in a range of languages across multiple platforms;
- Work with users to evaluate computer applications and equipment requirements;
- Will be required to participate in regular after hours, on call support;
- Experience in IT with at least 3 years in a Murex technology.
- Familiarity with UNIX operating system and with database design and Middleware (MQ, TIBCO);
- MS SQL/Sybase/Oracle Experience would be useful;
- Good business domain knowledge of Financial Markets- FX, Fixed Income, Derivatives, Equities, Energy, Commodities.
- Knowledge of business processes from front to Back Office, inclusive of finance, Middle Office, risk management and treasury;
