Description

The Conversion Department consists of 7 people. It is responsible for the safe and professional conversion (both standard and Internet) or de-conversion of a client in an agreed time. In addition, the department manages "other projects" which, in main, consists of the migration of data to or from an existing client or ourselves.

To manage and support the department ensuring all projects are completed in a professional manner within a given time frame. 'Projects' include, Conversion of new Clients, facilitate in the implementation of additional clients products to new clients, interface implementations, platform migrations, deconversions and bulk data and asset transfers. Specialist responsibility is split between two AVP's, one primarily to manage conversion of Institutional related activities and the other to manage Advisor and Wealth clients as well as Channel Islands and deconversion related activities. There is an expectation that each role is fluent with the others primary remit.

Record Keeping and Documentation:
Record and maintain on file documentation relating to the conversion, including notes of all conversations and meetings, and copies of all written communication (letters, faxes, emails).
