Our client a leading ISP is looking for a Senior Business Analyst - with good experience working on eCommerce projects to work on upgrading their current website.The ideal candidate will have a background in eCommerce as well as understanding the customer journey from first contact until the sale is complete. You should also have an understanding of the other different avenues of sales such as retail, Door to Door and Telesales.
You will be looking at the way our client interacts with their customers and their relationships with the various means in which they can purchase products to make sure this is consistent and they are in sync with other.
