Due to continued organic business growth with various existing, new and long term Web and App based projects we are excited to further expand the team with the position of Senior Digital Design / Developer based at our Falmouth, Cornwall office. However, if the right person wanted to be based on the Twickenham office that could be arranged.
About You:
- 5-10 years agency experience in a client-facing role as a senior digital designer and front-end developer
- proven track record of designing and delivering high profile projects across various devices and platforms including; websites, ecommerce, mobile Apps, social Apps, digital advertising and other rich media
- Creatively fluid and able to adapt to any style a client needs, with the ability to manage others to deliver the most suitable solution.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HTML5 / CSS3 / JQuery and responsive design
- Working knowledge of PHP / MySQL
- We would like to see a comprehensive portfolio of websites, Apps or other software applications you have created with specific reference to your role on the project.
- API’s including Google Services, Payment Providers and Social Network sites so experience of this would be of use.

What you will be doing:
- reviewing and assisting in a projects functional specification design, generating workflows and wireframes with information architecture considerations.
- Full front end UI / UX design to create clean, forward thinking, structured and scalable front end user interfaces
- Creation of HTML5/CSS3 templates using JavaScript/jQuery and any cross browser or device fixes as needed.
- The majority of websites / software applications will be built using a LAMP platform with our own Content Management System (CMS) and associated software framework.
- Your approach will unite creativity and usability with a focus on high conversion rates with ongoing user journey optimization.
We are always interested in personal projects and interests out of the office and are keen to support our team with these areas where possible.
