My client is looking for an Electronics Engineer join on an initial 6 month contract. This company has expansion plans to match their aspirations as market leader in their field.
The Role:
- Electronics Engineer
- Well rounded knowledge of electronics in general
- Specialisation in power and analogue
Required:
- Power and analogue electronics design
- Switch mode power supplies
- Diagnose and debug existing and new electronic designs
- Experience in PCB layout (Using CAD).
- DC/DC convertors and power supply systems implementations
- Aerospace/defence
- Power electronics
-Batteryprotection design
- Digital electronics
- Firmware design
- Production environments
- Electronic systems test equipment and software
Desirable:
- Matlab/Simulink
- Experience of designing high voltage (8-10kV) electronic circuits
- Strong understanding of design for EMC
- Embedded Software Experience
