C# / VB.NET / Winforms

My client has an urgent requirement for a C# .NET software engineer to work on the development of a C# .NET winforms system. The current system controls the different signage on a specific network of roads. The client is looking to apply the existing C# .NET system to a separate road network and as such the existing system needs to be tweaked. You will also be dramatically extending the existing functionality of the existing C# .NET system whilst still ensuring it remains robust.

Any experience of hardware interfacing would be useful but not essential.
