Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to build up competitive Huawei CRM products solution by understand the related industry trend, market, customer requirements and customer experience, cooperate with product management team and R&D team. The output includes business requirement analysis, domain object modelling, system architecture and design.
  • Responsible to the business modelling and system design in CRM domain for the channel management and commission settlement.

Requirement for candidates:

Experience:

  • Familiar with the channel management mode of overseas carriers, including contract sign-up, cost handling, resource management, commission management, appraisal and reward rules of assessment, channel upgrade and downgrade management.
  • Familiar with the E2E process of channel management, including the rules definition, calculation, deduction, incentives, audit, and payment.
  • Familiar with the process of commission rule management, including the commission calculation rules, commission assignment rules, the definition of commission calculation factors, the allocation.
  • Have rich experience in project delivery with channel management and commission management.

Qualifications:

  • Deep knowledge of current situation of CRM, and the corresponding business mode and operation mode.
  • Deep knowledge of system architecture and design mode.
  • Deep knowledge of model abstraction, domain object modelling, and model design.
  • Deep knowledge of mainstream platform technology architecture.
  • Excellent requirement-analysis capability to communicate and understand customer requirement.
  • Excellent English communication skills.

Industry background: Strong Knowledge and experience in channel management domain, it's better to have the telecom CRM or Internet E-commerce experience.

Education background: Bachelor of computer and electronics, or higher degree.

Language: Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)

  • Plan and design roadmap for BSS/OSS or their key components, such as eCommerce, CRM, etc.
  • Transfer system architecture and design to R&D team and guide the design and development activities.
