Service Desk Agent with French and Italian.
Our client, a leading Multinational IT services organisation, is currently seeking an IO Service Desk Technologist to be a part of their support team based here in Dublin. This job will actively involve problem identification and analysis, as well as delivering a high level of customer service for the organisations main clients.
Fluency in both French and Italian is essential for this role. Candidates from overseas will also be considered for this position.
The successful applicant will be expected to work a standard week of 37.5 hours. This is a 12 month contract, with view to permanency after and pays above the going market rate for similar positions.
Ideally candidates should have a years experience in a similar technical support role.
