Description
The candidate will be playing a critical role in defining, analyzing and documenting middle and back office requirements which may include system or process enhancements for OTC Clearing. The candidate will have the responsibility of managing the delivery of internal IT teams to ensure that projects are completed on time. Hence, the successful candidate will need to have excellent communications and analytical skills, detail oriented with the ability to articulate the requirements into functional documents, ability to work with other teams within RatesIT in negotiating project delivery timelines, must be familiar with SDLC processes. The successful candidate will be expected to be able to discuss IRS products in detail - exhibiting a good understanding of Clearing and a thorough understanding of the full Front to Back trade flow processesMain Duties:
- Proven track record of Business Analysis and Project Delivery capability
- Clear, complete and accurate documentation of user requirements and functional specifications
- Ability to run workshoprs to explaon and walkthrough business requirements
- Definition and delivery of a test strategy including the production of comprehensive test plans and test scripts
- Ability to execute system testing
- Ability to plan and coordinate UAT activities
- Problem solving and responsibility for issue resolution
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree
- 5= yeats in Banking Technology (BA) operations
- Clear and concise verbal and written skills
- Degree in Business, Banking, or financial Discipline
- Previous experience working within IT environments or working on IT projects
- Emerging markets experience preffered
