Senior Business Analyst - Worcester - 3 Months - £NegotiableMy client is in need for a Senior Business Analyst to lead and provide direction in information analysis. This will be for an initial 3 month contract based inWorcester.
Responsibilities
This will involve promoting the new Business Intelligence toolset to managers and clinicians; interpreting the information available within the systems; and supporting the development of dashboards and reports.

Experience/Attributes
- Analytical background
- Confident in analysing data and statistics
- Lead on appropriate ways to present data in reports and dashboards
- Forecasting and capacity planning e.g. basic waiting list model and bed model
- Strong communication skills
- Staff management skills (to manage and develop the BA team - 2 to 3 staff)
