Role: Quality Improvement LeadType: NHS Contract
Duration: 6 months
Rate: £280 - £300 per day - depending on experience
Location:ThamesValley
I am currently recruiting on behalf of an NHS organisation, for an interim Quality Improvement Lead for a band 8a role for a period of 6 months.
This mouth-watering opportunity will provide the chance for an experienced Quality Improvement Lead to enhance their skills and NHS knowledge.
You will be required to:
- Performance manager Serious Untoward Incidents
- Lead development and implementation of systems and processes to monitor the delivery of quality and standards.
- Responsible for production of quarterly quality reports
- To act as case manager for individual SUI's
- Undertaking Route Cause Analysis
In order to be considered for this role, you must:
- Have experience working in a band 8a role in NHS Quality Improvement
- Experience working with senior staff members
- Experience in/with clinical audit and standard setting
- Have worked in PCT/CCG or Acute settings with governance and quality
