We are currently working with a leading global pharmaceutical company who are also one of the top suppliers of branded vitamins, minerals and supplements in the UK.
The company is currently going through a planned expansion and looking to add an experienced food supplement regulatory manager to their team in the south east of England. You will be the first point of contact between the company and regulatory authorities, such as the food standards agency and the role will pay up to £65,000, dependant on the person and their experience.
Key Skills/Experience
- Candidate must be a Life Science graduate (PhD in Life Science is desirable)
- 4+ years relevant experience in consumer facing food supplement industry
- Commercial awareness
- Good IT skills
- Previous experience with food supplement product dossiers -UKand ROI desirable
- Previous experience with regulatory compliance of food supplement dossiers
- Previous management experience is desirable (you will be responsible for managing a team of up to 10 people)
The company offers the opportunity to be the first point of contact between the company and regulatory authorities, to manage and take ownership of regulatory requirements and to be the link between theUKand the Global regulatory process. You will need to have excellent communication skills and to be able to manage your time effectively.
