Management Accountant, West Midlands, £200, BankingMy client, a leading bank, urgently require a Management Accountant to join their Retail Banking team on a contract basis in the West Midlands paying up to £200 per day.
A qualified accountant is required and MUST have banking experience. You will be responsible for:
- Preparation of the month-end management accounts. This involves the preparation of P&L, Balance sheet and Cost accruals, production of results, detailed reviews down to product level
- Use financial and business management information to analyse trends and variances and support month-end commentary as well as drive short-term forecasting
- Post transition balance sheet and P&L reconciliations
- Development and improvement of reporting and analytical models (including utilisation of SAP)
- Process improvement across all tasks
