A leading corporate bank based in Canary Wharf require a Business Analyst experienced in e-commerce to work on an exciting new project from initiation, designing an internet channel to provide customers with a unique user face of the bank. As an e-commerce business analyst you will be experienced in gathering requirements and recommending process improvements for the design and implementation of a customer facing web portal.E-Commerce, Business Analyst- £550-£600 per day- Corporate Bank- Canary Wharf
Purpose of the Role:
- Deliver an overall Operational Design for a unique customer facing internet and mobile channel using process improvement skill gained in previous roles as an e-commerce business analyst
- Lead implementation and execution of both new and re-designed / engineered processes to BAU
- Be a leader in all methods of requirement gathering, the support model will drive the solution
Accountabilities of e-commerce Business Analyst:
- Lead aspects of the design using process improvement techniques, focusing on channels, customers and staff
- Provide subject matter expertise on key components of the Operating Model
- Liase with stakeholders to ensure e2e designs satisfy business / customer needs
- Conduct workshops with operations and business teams
- Work with BAU teams to ensure acceptance into the Operating Model
Essential Business Analyst Skills:
- Experience of delivering an e-commerce function as a Business Analyst
- Experience of developing requirements for an Operation Model
- Top business analyst skills in process analysis, mapping and design
- Have previously worked in a financial services environment
