Would you like to join an industry leading Protective Coatings company based in Chesterfield.Due to continued investment in the Chesterfield site they are now looking to recruit a Works Manager.
Role:
Manage daily Operations onsite, co-ordinating all activities and processes to achieve business goals, productivity standards and customer requirements.
Manage large team of 68
Deputise for Divisional Manager
Ensure Quality and Safety standards and requirements are maintained
Resolve minor problems at source
Liaise and communicate with other departments/shifts/areas of the business,constantly focusing on continuous improvements and efficiencies.
Experience:
Excellent leadership skills
Operations Management experience
Production Management experience
Health and Safety knowledge
Experience of a coatings type company would be desirable but not essential.
The role offers excellent Career prospects with the role having the potential to move into a Divisional Manger role.
Salary is up to 40k + Bonus + Pension.
