Description
Lead Oracle BPM Developer/Architect required for corporate development programme responsible for designing, developing and building complex enterprise web applications using the Oracle Fusion Middleware stack, particularly Oracle BPM 11g. Responsible for designing and developing applications to be built on the Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) and tested using the Oracle Application Testing Suite (OATS) so you must have experience with both of these as well as defining and running performance/load tests on the web applications. Obviously you will have come from a background using the Oracle Suite with particular experience of Oracle BPM 11g, Oracle ADF and OATS essential. Must have excellent communication skills and be fluent in written and verbal English. Strong people skills to get the job done in a highly collaborative approach to guide and motivate team members without controlling them but employing authority.
