Supply Planning: ERP Lead
Multiple ERP systems are reaching the end of life across MY CLIENT'S, and a replacement single SAP system is currently being designed and implemented to provide true end to end visibility across the network.
The successful roll out and smooth adoption of this new SAP system is critical, and while we approach the first of the European go-live dates the levels of business support required in order to support the successful roll out are increasing.
And in line with this the Supply Planning Function is an area which has significant focus during this time, as it supports both the Commercial and Manufacturing ERP(SAP) systems, and as such an opportunity has arisen in the Supply Planning Team for a ERP Lead.
The role of ERP Lead will be responsible for the support of the Supply Planning functions during the Commercial and Manufacturing ERP roll out, focussing primarily on the Rough Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP/APO) tool, but also supporting all other facets of the ERP roll out within the Business.
The SAP roll out on both the Commercial and Manufacturing side are very closely aligned at the Dungarvan Manufacturing Site(IE) and it is at this Site where this roles initial focus will be, supporting the Supply Planning Team during this period of intense change. And also supporting the implementation of the ERP system as it is rolled out to all European Sites.
Location: Dungarvan or MY CLIENT'S House, London.
Primarily supporting the Dungarvan site, being based in that area would be beneficial. The role could also based out of MY CLIENT'S Hse, with associated travel to Dungarvan.

Working in the Supply Planning team supporting the roll out of the CERPs and MERPs (SAP) project, this position will be supporting all facets of the ERP roll out within the Supply Planning function.
Overview:
In July 2013, a new SAP based Supply Planning tool called Rough Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP) will be implemented across Consumer Healthcare Sites as part of the Consumer Healthcare (Cx) Acceleration programme. This programme will be deployed with the Commercial Enterprise Resource Planning system (CERPS) and form wave 1 of a programme to fully integrate Commercial and Manufacturing ERP systems with an SAP based system. The SAP based module called Advanced Planner Optimiser (APO) to will complete RCCP, and initially model capacity without change orders. Orders will continue to be placed on sites through Manugistics (MGX) until Wave 2, which will join CERPS and M-ERP (Manufacturing Enterprise Resource Planning) together and further enhance the Rough Cut Capacity Planning tool. Wave 2 will therefore see APO replace much of the functionality currently provided by MGX and allow the Supply Planner to manipulate a Supply Plan based on available stock, manufacturing capacity and leadtime.
Requirements:
Support the Supply Planning function during the roll out of the SAP systems
Focus on RCCP Model to provide a 95% accurate overview of capacity
Support master data review/clense prior to full M-ERP integration
Support the Supply Planning function during the review and adoption of new standard planning processes and Calendar that supports both Category & Regional Supply Review Meetings (SRM) and the Core Commercial Cycle (CCC)
