Medior SEPA Change/Business analyst x 2

We are looking for Business Analysts with payments knowledge and experience specifically in SEPA. You should have experience in either Direct Debits or Credit Transfers.

Role:
Manage small discrete projects on own with limited supervision or specific workstreams of more complex/critical projects, under supervision of a Change Manager/Senior Change Manager
Create and foster a climate of continuous improvement in delivering projects, striving for excellence and contributing to the overall development

Key role deliverables: criteria/results by which success can be measured
Accountable to key stakeholders for delivery of milestones to an agreed quality, time and cost
Use of a project management methodology to ensure that the ongoing progress of projects is formally tracked and that a clear audit trail exists in line with agreed Programme governance
Deputise for the Change Manager
Identify, evaluate and track progress of project risks, issues and dependencies, escalating them appropriately with suggested mitigating actions and implementing as directed
Maintain and develop knowledge of project methodologies and a professional network of contacts, sharing knowledge and best practice where appropriate to support continuous improvement
Collaboration with others on Programme team, identifying internal/external resources required to deliver the project
Where role includes management of project resources this will require coaching and training & development whilst on the project

Experience - Candidates will normally have the following:
Change Management or related Project Management experience
Detailed knowledge and experience of project life cycle
Knowledge of Group operational processes and procedures, Operations and related Technology
Experience of a range or project types and business areas is desirable
A range of experience of analysis, analytical tools and problem resolution
Proven ability to plan, organise and prioritise own workloads and work on own initiative

Technical Knowledge:
Knowledge of project methodologies including project management and control tasks eg monitor budgets, complete project reporting and project documentation including Terms of Reference and project workplans
Proficient in use of analytical tools and structured analysis techniques
Familiarity with process modelling, workshop facilitation and business analysis
Competent use of Microsoft Office applications

People Management:
Line management responsibility may feature
Management of project staff, providing development and coaching as required
Communicates with people (verbally and in writing) at least two levels above and demonstrates leadership in their day to day activities
persuading others to follow
