FINANCIAL ANALYST - FIXED TERM CONTRACT - £32,000 - £35,000 - SKELMERSDALE
Our client is the global leader and the most widely recognized name in total car care products, selling products in the retail and commercial markets in countries worldwide. They are currently looking for a financial analyst, to work on a 12 month fixed term contract, based at their skelmerdale site within a busy office.
The role will include taking responsibility for driving business performance through co-ordination of sales reporting, financial planning, forecasting and analysis. You will contribute to and enhance the processes and systems for sales reporting, business segment profitability and partner with functional leaders to drive revenue and expense management initiatives.
Other duties will include;
*Handling special projects as assigned.
*Supporting senior management in translating high level objectives into tangible decision support tools
*Provide financial reports and analysis
*Perform standard and ad hoc analysis, providing insightful views into the company's operations and financial performance.
*Assist in performance reviews.
It is essential for all candidates to hold a minimum of 4 years experience of working within a commercial finance environment and be part/full CIMA qualified. You will be able to demonstrate advanced analytical and numeracy skills, with the ability to communicate with people on all levels. Candidates who hold a bachelors degree in finance/economics or accounting would be desirable, along with knowledge of the French and Dutch language.
