Senior Software Engineer - Radio Systems and Integration - Cambridge - 3 Month Rolling ContractA leading wireless communications software developer is urgently seeking a Senior Software Engineer (Radio Systems and integration) for their team based in Cambridge.
The role of the Software Engineer, Radio Systems and Integration is to design and code the Built In Self Test (BIST) software for pre-production and mass-production testing of the mixed signal ASIC. The BIST code runs on the embedded processors inside the ASIC and uses special test hardware (analogue and digital) to test the analogue radios with minimal interaction from the Production tester.
You will be fully competent in C programming, particularly within a constrained embedded environment; Excellent problem solving ability; Experience of analogue and RF design; Experience of digital design; Experience of Matlab and it's use in a test environment; Experience of analogue IC production testing.
