Operating since 2007, our client is in a high-growth phase, and is currently seeking a Senior/Seasoned Technical Business Analyst to join their team on a number of new and exciting initiatives.
Key skills and experience:
5+ year's solid Business Analysis experience with demonstrable skills which include:
Strong Classic BA skills
Experience with in a large Infrastructure/Messaging environment
Producing clear and concise and complete business and user requirements, statements and requirements traceability
Strong documentation skills in user stories, use cases, process maps and relationship maps
Proven ability to take good business requirements and replicate them into technical requirements
Integration experience project experience a must
Solid background working with Solution Architects on API's and other projects
Strong Technical background whilst also being business focussed and proven ability in being the glue between the two domains
Highly-motivated self-starter with a proven ability to work autonomously in a high-paced and ambiguous environment
Proven ability to be flexible and work in a sometimes unstructured environment
Experience working with different methodologies with preference for Agile
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
Excellent stakeholder engagement and management skills
Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts
Experience within the health industry (eHealth) or related projects such as PCHR/PCeHR is highly advantageous but not a prerequisite for this position
