French Speaking PLM Project Manager - Paris/London-Immediate start
Specific Skill Set Requirements:
- 5+yrs experience with Agile PLM implementation with Product Collaboration, Product Portfolio Management, Product Quality Management, Product Cost Management, and Viewer modules
- 5+yrs experience with Project Management and Change Management for Enterprise Application Deployments (PMI certification is a plus)
- Strong Ability to Translate the PLM requirements to High level Design Requirements which in turn would form the foundation of the low level design configuration document
- Experience with Agile Content Service (ACS) and Integration with ERP Applications
- Experience with Data Migration Process, Tools, and Best Practices
- Preferred Industry Experience in Contract Manufacturing (EMS), High Tech, A&D, SemiConductor, and LifeSciences
- Ability to act as the customer advisor on PLM strategy and deployment
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Sales teams with gathering customer requirements, providing strategy, and responding to RFP/RFQ.
- Lead PLM roadmap, configuration, migration, and integration workshops
- Design PLM roadmap and requirements based on workshop outputs
- Translate the PLM requirements to High level Design Requirements which in turn would form the foundation of the low level design configuration document
- Interact with Business champions and the delivery team to clarify and understand requirements
- Segregate requirements into configuration and data migration type of requirements and convey them to the appropriate technical teams
- Interface with client's offshore teams during the development phase and ratify low level design before commencement of development or instance configuration
- Develops and tests some of the configurations necessary to satisfy user requirements in the Dev and/or SIT environments
- Self motivated, ability to define own role, responsibilities and expectations and work accordingly
- High grasping capability and adaptability
- Ability to work with geographically separated teams via virtual meetings and webex meetings
Strong Knowledge
- PLM Best Practices, Data Modeling, and PLM Strategies
- Agile PLM business process workflow definition and administration
- Agile PLM Security Model and Administration
- Agile LDAP configuration
- Windows Server OS, Linux, and Oracle Enterprise Linux (OEL)
- Oracle 11g or higher DB schema for Agile PLM
- Ability to Lead PLM consulting delivery teams globallyCertifications Desired:
- PMP, CMII, Oracle Agile PLM, Lean MFG, APICS, and Six Sigma
- Functional experience in:
- Manufacturing (Supply Chain Management) and Product Lifecycle Management
Travel: Position requires up to 50% travel.
