An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced IT Support Analyst to join a superb IT department at their Norfolk Head Office. The office is quite remote so you will need to be able to drive. Day-to-day tasks will include - creation, amendments and removals of system accounts, newreplacement equipment configuration and delivery of end user devices, daily system checks of applications escalating high impact faults, installation of end user devices, repair end user hardware, provide expert technical guidance to all ICT system users and develop and maintain documentation for IS staff and ICT users. You will have a solid and consistent background in IT support on Microsoft systems to include - MS XP, Windows Server , Exchange and Active Directory.
