Description
Contract Manager in civil works/infrastructure construction contracts is required. If you have experience in handling civil works/infrastructure construction contracts ideally in GSM projects construction/road and earthworks/general civil construction then apply now. You will need legal experience in dealing with Subcontractors/Suppliers Contracts, familiarity with working on construction contracts, Legal background, be technically minded with experience of the telecommunications sector, ideally in an infrastructure build and a GSM project. You must also have strong customer facing skills and negotiation experience when dealing with experienced contractors and consultants, with experience in handling disputes related to variations/penalties etc, experience in handling sub-contractor contracts and enforcing controls in accordance with GSM projects, aligning deliverable's agreed to the client contract. It is preferable if you have a familiarity working with Chinese organisations/Chinese teams, however apply now if you have these Contract Manager skills in civil works/infrastructure construction contracts.
