We have an urgent opening for Customer Delivery Manager role in Netherlands.

Role: Customer Delivery Manager
Duration: 2 Yrs FTP (Fixed Term Contract)
Location: Den Haag, Netherlands
JD:
- Graduate preferably with MBA degree
- 10 -12 years of business consulting/process consulting experience with Telcos
- Fluent in Dutch and English language. Any other European language proficiency would be an added advantage
- Familiarity with local European Telecom market
- Familiarity with industry standard frameworks such as ITIL, e-TOM etc.
- Customer interaction management experience
This person will be based in our office in Den hag and will be responsible for BPM Pre-sale (hunting/mining) and customer deliveries for chosen accounts
