Onsite Support Engineer - Asset Management
My client, a prestigious financial institution in the Asset Management industry is looking for an experienced Onsite Support Engineer.
Job Description
- On Site end user and VIP support tasks.
- Communication to Service Desk.
- Escalation.
- Problem Management.
- Communication.
- Infrastructure management.
Required Experience/Skills:
Language Capability
- Fluent in spoken and written Dutch & English.
- End User Service Delivery covering all aspects of the IT environment.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows environments, desktop application integration.
- Knowledge of IP telephony.
- Good knowledge of ITIL processes (change management, incident management, problem
- management).
- Working in a stressful environment where responsiveness and flexibility is key.
- Working with performance measurement and metrics.
- Continuous quality improvement of service delivery/processes.
- Client driven: Building, maintaining and acting on strong relationships with internal and external
- clients.
- Preferably knowledge of the financial markets business domains.
- Windows XP/7, office 2003, office 2007, office 2010, ITIL Foundation v3, knowledge of financial
- systems (eg: Bloomberg).
- 2-3 years working experience preferably in financial domains.
