- Exchange Support for Roombooker project
- Troubleshooting
Ihre Qualifikation
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, especially in an Exchange environment (2007 + 2010)
- Expert knowledge of communication protocols used by Exchange (MAPI, EWS)
- Highly experienced in troubleshooting Microsoft Outlook problems (sync issues, calendar problems, plug-ins, etc.)
- Experience in 2nd and 3rd level support
- Microsoft Lync specialist knowledge PGP with Microsoft Outlook
- Good English communication skills
