Description
Responsibilities:- Maintain Aries Reserve Database.
- Add cases for new completions.
- Keep track of all reserve changes.
- Update cases as directed with revisions in capital, production, etc.
- Run one line reserve summaries and variance reports quarterly.
- Compile technical data from reservoir engineers and maintain files for all new entities.
- Send reserve auditors updated reserve, completion, and production information quarterly.
- Run economics sensitivities as directed.
- Provide technical support to the reservoir engineers. o Retrieve data from industry production and well databases.
- Prepare Excel spreadsheets and graphs, and PowerPoint presentations, as directed.
- Locate and retrieve data from paper and electronic well files.
Requirements:
* High School Diploma required.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Reservoir Engineering Technician.
* Must be proficient in Aries, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Good understanding of oil and gas reserve terminology.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Highly effective team player with a positive attitude.
* Exceptional ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in GOM or the Gulf Coast.
* Some College
* 5 or more years of experience as a Reservoir Engineering Technician.
