Description
My client is a large Automotive company based in the North East. They are looking for a Quality Engineer to start a 3 month contract ASAP.If successful the main duties and key responsibilities will be direct customer interface for customer concerns, warranty reporting and all Quality aspects of New Product Introduction.
The suitable candidate will be:
- Educated to HNC/HND level in an Electrical/Mechanical engineering discipline
- Have a methodical approach to problem solving
- Have a full working knowledge of TS16949, PPAP, APQP, FMEA, PFMEA
- Have at least 2 years experience working within an Automotive environment (ideally first tier)
The rate is between £20-£25 per hour depending on experience. There is also the possibility of starting on Monday.
