SAP Lead HCM Consultant

SAP Lead HCM Consultant to be part of a strong Delivery Team for a multinational companies Global SAP system. This person will be working on strategic projects alongside the client's implementation partner.

This is a great chance for someone who is willing to be an integral part of the business by assisting them with developing business cases to leverage the client's SAP investment.

Skills and Experience:

- 8+ years experience in a SAP HCM functional role

- Multiple project lifecycles with a track record of successful delivery

- Knowledge of Talent Management processes

- Strong experience in core HCM (PA,OM)

- Experience in Time & Attendance (Principally Absence and Quota Management)

- SAP Payroll experience

- Employee and Manager Self Service

- Knowledge of integration points with FI/CO
