Description
The contractor will be working in the Cumbria area for a defence business on a 4 month contract.The right contractor will be working very closely the senior design engineer to help catch up with the projects at hand.
The experiences needed regarding the embedded Software Design role are:
-Embedded C or C++
- Microcontrollers with C or C++
- Microprocessor Bus system (I2C, CAN, SPI)
(If you have SPI and I2C but not CAN then you will still be eligible for the role). You will be using SPI to find out how to talk to the CAN Chip.
- Aerospace (DO-178B)
- Automotive (Misra C) or Medical Device Saftey Critical background.
We are interviewing this week and looking to start as earlier as next week if possible.
